Thank you so much for your hospitality. We have had a wonderful week here and loved the cottage, it is the nicest place we have stayed in, so many thoughtful touches and very comfortable.We have had good days out to Brantome, Bordeaux, St Emilion and Bergerac.
Steve loved the fishing in the river at the bottom of the garden, lots of fish! He caught upwards of 40 pounds of roach, bream, ide on each occasion! All the fish seemed to love French sweetcorn! However, if you are thinking of fishing you might find it useful to bring plenty of hemp to feed with! Best wishes!

Thank you for an amazing stay. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the pool when it was hot this week! The "Trucker's cafe", snail festival and St Astier's market were brilliant. Thanks for the tips!

What a great action packed holiday made extra special by the great accomodation, grounds,wildlife and game of rounders.
The only downside of the whole week is the beds. They are just too damn comfortable!
It was an effort to get out and about by noon!
To summarise: GREAT!

We loved the stylishly decorated cottage with our own private garden.
The shower/bath were great- the kids loved being able to lie down!
There's lots to do and explore in the garden- tho' we didn't see a kingfisher!
Great local boulangerie.
The children loved the swimming pool.
I loved Sonia's Brocante!
For me comfortable beds and nice sheets and towels made it a real holiday!

We have had someone from every part of the family stay over, and only one member not visit this fantastic place.
There has been lots to do for the kids, and your hospitality has been very generous.
After three weeks of visitors in the barn, off to the cottage for the kids and I for a week of rest.
Thank you for making our holiday so wonderful that 'the Stewarts', minus all the guests, will be back next year.
